THE LEGAL AID SOCIETY
Do NYC Justice Campaign

Campaigns - Cause-Related
For nearly 150 years, The Legal Aid Society has fought for racial justice in courts and communities as America’s largest social justice law firm. Yet many New Yorkers in the city’s most vulnerable neighborhoods still don’t know where to turn for help beyond 911. To shift that narrative, we developed “Do NYC Justice,” a 360° public awareness campaign designed to make community resources visible, accessible, and actionable across every borough.
Using data to identify neighborhoods where support was needed most, we deployed bold, street-level creative across subway stations, LinkNYC kiosks, bus placements, and storefront windows throughout the city. Each placement featured QR codes that directed residents to a centralized resource hub connecting them to housing assistance, mental health services, employment support, violence prevention programs, and other vital community resources.
